Damn, I actually drew something new!
Anyway, to my fellow artists out there. If you don’t have kids yet, and you enjoy doing this kind of thing…DON’T HAVE KIDS! You’ll never have time for this stuff EVER again, and if you do find time to START something like this, when and if you’ll ever finish will be completely up in the air. Now that I’ve got that out of the way…
The Unauthorized History of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was one of my favorite books as a kid, and the screencap of Danny Pennington with the Shredder’s bladed gauntlet in his face was one of my favorite pictures in the book/magazine, even before I had seen the actual movie way back when. So since it was sitting on my drawing table, and I kinda sorta had some free time, I decided after all these years that I’d just draw that scene in my own usual 80’s-90’s style cartoon art. Now I want to go pop in the movie…again!
