October 3rd

This is another oldie…with some new edits. I drew Silver the Hedgehog here back when Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 was first released, and I hadn’t played it yet, but had seen gameplay videos online and knew it was something I had to own…even though it eventually turned out to be a broken mess, but still, it was Sonic so I enjoyed most of it. What’s different this time? Well, the background is similar to the original, though it’s one of my more recent ones but still has traces of the old one. The flames at the bottom along with the embers are new, the glow around Silver himself is new, the 3D modeled missles have some filters on them and the lighting’s been adjusted. I think I actually like it more now. There’s not much I can do about Silver though as I drew him before I could even find any good references of him. Oh well, one day I’ll eventually find the time to draw something new, and maybe it’ll be a Silver that looks more like him.
